Call The Link Counseling Center's front desk to connect with our one of our Client Care Coordinators. Our Client Care Coordinators will provide you with information about The Link, answer your questions, and help schedule an appointment with a therapist.​

Our phone lines are open Monday – Thursday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Friday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.

When leaving a voicemail, please briefly provide the following information:

  • Your full name​

  • Your contact phone number

  • Please slowly repeat your phone number at the end of your message.


A Note On Callbacks
Messages left after 2:00 pm may be returned the following business day.

If we are unable to reach you or leave a voicemail because your inbox is full, our Client Care Coordinator will follow up via text message from 833-475-3325.
