Our Client Care Coordinators can answer questions about The Link Counseling Center and share more about our programs and services.

To get started, please choose the option that is most convenient for you:

  • Schedule a free, no-obligations 15-minute phone call: Click the Client Care Coordinator Calendar button below to pick a day and time for us to call you.

Client Care Coordinator Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

  • Friday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

If we miss your call:

Please leave a voicemail with your full name and your phone number (and please say it twice so we make sure we get it right).

A Note on Callbacks & Texts

We do our best to return calls quickly, though messages left after 2:00 pm may be returned the following business day. If we miss you when we call back, or if your voicemail inbox happens to be full our Client Care Coordinator will follow up with a text message from 833-475-3325 so you know we reached out.

The Link Counseling Center is not a crisis center.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency: Text or call the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 (confidential, free, & available 24/7/365), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
